<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />ROGER L BISH, A SINGLE PERSON
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated APRIL 30. 1997 and recorded MAY 1, 1997 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document # 97- 103315
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:

<br />FEET (60') TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT EIGHT (8), THENCE TURNING
<br />AT A RIGHT ANGLE AND RUNNING WEST A DISTANCE OF SIXTY -SIX FEET (66') TO
<br />THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT EIGHT (8), THENCE TURNING AT RIGHT
<br />ANGLES AND RUNNING SOUTH SIXTY FEET (60') THENCE TURNING AT RIGHT
<br />ANGLES AND RUNNING EAST SIXTY -SIX FEET (66') TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
