<br />Whereas, William E. Langdon, has been appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust
<br />dated October 19, 2001 from Bradley K. Henke and Stephanie M. Sasges Henke
<br />Trustor(s) for the benefit of A &S Mortgage Services Corp dba Residential Mortgage
<br />Svcs., which Deed of Trust was recorded October 25, 2001 as Inst. No. 0200110858,
<br />assigned to Wachovia Bank of Delaware, N.A., in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested the Trustee in writing to reconvey the trust
<br />property to the person(s) entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person(s) entitled thereto, all interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />premises:
