<br />Whereas, William E. Langdon, has been appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust
<br />dated July 16, 2002 from John T. Corder and Starla C. Corder Trustor(s) for the benefit
<br />of A & S Mortgage Services Corp dba Residential,,Mortgage Svcs., which Deed of Trust
<br />was recorded July 19, 2002 as Inst. No. 020020738, assigned to Wachovia Bank of
<br />Delaware, N.A. in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested the Trustee in writing to reconvey the trust
<br />property to the person(s) entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person(s) entitled thereto, all interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />premises:
