<br />WHEREAS, FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY is the Trustee under a Deed
<br />of Trust dated MAY 22, 2001, executed by EDWARD F SAPIKOWSKI AND CHARLOTTE
<br />SAPIKOWSKI, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor' for the benefit of INDYMAC BANK
<br />F.S.B., which Deed of Trust was recorded JUNE 25, 2001 as Instrument No.
