<br />of Trust dated JANUARY 23, 2001, executed by RICHARD ANDAMO ESQUITIN & BRENDA
<br />ESQUITIN, BOTH SINGLE PERSONS, as Trustor, for the benefit of HOMESIDE LENDING,
<br />INC., which Deed of Trust was recorded FEBRUARY 06, 2001 as Instrument No.

<br />Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK FA, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST
<br />TO HOMESIDE LENDING INC BY OPERATION OF LAW, has requested a reconveyance of the
<br />trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
