TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by <br />RANDALL G MASON AND DEBRA J MASON, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND <br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, <br />dated JUNE 18- 1993 and recorded JUNE 23, 1993 & SEPTEMBER 16, 1993 in the Office of <br />the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as <br />Document # 93- 105249 & 93- 108016 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing <br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, <br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to <br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such <br />premises: <br />LOT ELEVEN (11) BLOCK THREE (3) IN BEL AIR ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />Dated this 2 2nd day of April , 2003 <br />j I -? <br />�=) 6� fo-z/ <br />Trustee: Arend R.
