<br />BREZENSKI AND JULIE BREZENSKI, HUSBAND AND WIFE as Trustor to COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK
<br />as Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated JAN 23. 1998, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in
<br />Book Page or Instrument Number 98 100656 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was
<br />assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage
