No application or petition for the appointment of a personal representative is pending <br />or has been granted in any jurisdiction. <br />4. Affiant, as the surviving spouse of Ronald E. Mead, Deceased, is entitled to the real <br />property described hereinabove at Paragraph 1 by virtue of the provisions of the Last Will and <br />Testament of Ronald E. Mead dated February 12, 1974 <br />5. Affiant, as the surviving spouse of Ronald E. Mead, Deceased, has made an <br />investigation and has been unable to determine any subsequent Will executed by Ronald E. <br />Mead, Deceased. <br />6. No other person has a right to the interest of the Decedent in the real estate described <br />hereinabove at Paragraph 1. <br />7. The Affiant, as the claiming successor to the above - described real estate, is the <br />surviving spouse of Ronald E. Mead, Deceased. The entire estate of said Ronald E. Mead, <br />Deceased, was either owned jointly with Affiant or paid on death to Affiant as beneficiary and <br />totaled approximately Two Hundred Seven Thousand Three Hundred Sixty -One and 88/100 <br />Dollars ($207,361.88). <br />8.
