He is the owner of the sole proprietorship known as Bolles Heating & Air <br />Conditioning and as said owner verifies this account in writing for and on behalf of said business <br />2. Bolles IIeating & Air Conditioning entered into a verbal contract with Shafer <br />Construction to provide labor and materials for the heating and air conditioning requirements <br />relating to construction of an apartment building upon the real estate hereinafter described and <br />the contract price for the improvements constructed upon such real estate by Bolles IIeating & <br />Air Conditioning is estimated to total Thirteen Thousand Six Hundred and No /100 Dollars <br />($13,600.00). <br />3. '1 he material and labor provided to date and to be provided in the future is upon and in <br />respect to that real estate located at Grand Island, Nebraska, legally described as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Seven (7), Mehring and Kelly Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />4. The amount unpaid, whether due or not, to Bolles Heating & Air Conditioning for <br />services and materials to be provided is estimated in accordance with the verbal contract at <br />'Phirteen Thousand Six Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($13,600.00). <br />5. The time the last services or materials were furnished has not yet occurred has not yet <br />occurred but is estimated to occur August 30, 2003. <br />
