<br />Trustor, in which Major Mortgage is named as Beneficiary and First American Title Insurance Company
<br />is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record March 22, 2002 and recorded in the
<br />records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200203140.
<br />On or about March 22, 2002, Major Mortgage, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment was
<br />recorded May 3, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />No.0200204817.
<br />On or about August 23, 2002, Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of
<br />its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems,
<br />Inc. The Assignment was recorded September 6, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200209379.
