1. On May 10, 1996 Michael Galvan and Marilyn Galvan, Husband and Wife <br />conveyed Title to Ryan E. Logue and Sandra L. Logue, Husband and Wife by <br />Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed filed May 15, 1996 in the Register of Deeds Office <br />as Document No. 96- 103792. The Property was described as follows: Lot <br />Fourteen (14), lying south of 2e Street, Geer Subdivision, in the city of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska excepting a certain tract deeded to the City of <br />Grand Island in Deed Book 139, Page 41 and excepting a certain tract deeded to <br />the city of Grand Island in Deed Book 160, Page 157. <br />2. On February 28, 2003 Ryan E. Logue and Sandra L. Logue, husband and wife <br />conveyed Title to Eric J. Hollister and Charlene G. Hollister, husband and wife <br />by Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed filed March 3, 2003 in the Register of Deeds <br />office as Document No. 200302501.
