<br />Alton L. Kraft, a single person, GRANTOR, for funding The
<br />Alton L. Kraft Revocable Living Trust, conveys to Alton L. Kraft,
<br />TRUSTEE of The Alton L. Kraft Revocable Living Trust created by the
<br />Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated May 19, 2003, GRANTEE, the
<br />following described real estate as defined in section 76 -201, of
<br />the Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1996, situated in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />All of the Easterly Forty (40) Feet of Lot Seven (7) and
<br />the Westerly Twelve (12) Feet of Lot Eight (8), all in
<br />Block Two (2), of Gladstone Place, an Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed,
<br />platted and recorded,
<br />subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations,
<br />easements of record, visible easements and zoning laws, rules and
<br />regulations.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE, as follows:
<br />1. GRANTOR is lawfully seised of the real estate and the real
<br />estate if free from encumbrances;
<br />2. GRANTOR has legal power and lawful authority to convey the real
<br />estate to GRANTEE; and
<br />3. GRANTOR warrants and will defend title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
