IN CONSIDERATION of love and affection, the undersigned,

<br />( "Assignors ") hereby assign, transfer and deliver unto ROSELLA

<br />Alma J. Ibarra, husband and wife, as Trustor, in favor of the
<br />Assignors, as Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is recorded in
<br />the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument
<br />No. 200000134 against the following described real estate, to-
