Beeson, as husband and wife, as Trustors, did on or <br />about November 15, 1996, make, execute and deliver unto Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust <br />wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property: <br />Lot Three (3), Capital Heights Eighth Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary of <br />said Deed of Trust which was recorded on November 19, 1996, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 96- 109046. <br />On or about November 21, 1996, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title <br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment was recorded <br />December 3, 1996, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 96- 109430. <br />Camille R.
