<br />THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by a Trust Deed executed by Dewaine E.
<br />Melch and Sharon A. Melch, husband and wife, to Farmers State Bank of
<br />Nebraska, Bennet Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Farmers State Bank,
<br />Avoca Nebraska, the Beneficiary named therein, filed on the 3rd day of
<br />October, 2001, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, entered as instrument no. 0200110401 has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by
<br />these presents, grant, demise, release and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto all interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed to the following described premises but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2), BLOCK THREE (3), FOURTH ADDITION TO CAIRO, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
