<br />to AREND R RAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME. FEDERAT, SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated NOVEMBER 2, 2001 and recorded NOVEMBER 13,
<br />2001 AS Document # 0200111540, in the office of the HALL, COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE,
<br />IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered; .
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />LOT SIX (6) IN BLOCK ELEVEN (11), IN THE VILLAGE OF CAIRO, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the
<br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land
<br />described remain as heretofore.
