<br />IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered; .

<br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land
<br />described remain as heretofore.
