<br />LOT THIRTY NINE (39), IN HAGGE'S SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY

<br />and whereas, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a
<br />new Trustee as Trustee instead of the said original Trustee, and
<br />said original trustee has been notified by mail. Therefore,
