<br />Trust Deed dated July 2, 1999 and recorded on July 7, 1999, as Instrument No. 99- 106853 of the Mortgage
<br />Records of Hall County in the State of Nebraska. The trust property affected is legally described as follows:
<br />Lot Three (3), Houghkirk Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />The undersigned, who is the present Beneficiary under said Trust Deed, desires to appoint a new Trustee in
<br />place and stead of the Trustee named above;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in view of the premises, the undersigned hereby appoints: JERRY J. SENA, a member
<br />of the Nebraska State Bar Association, whose address is 1246 Golden Gate Drive, Ste #1, Papillion, NE 68046 as
<br />Successor Trustee under said Trust Deed. He is to have all the powers of said original Trustee, effective forthwith.
