<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK,
<br />FA, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO HOMESIDE LENDING, INC., 7301
<br />Baymeadows Way, Jacksonville, FL 32256, without any covenant or
<br />warranty, expressed or implied, all of the following described real
<br />estate:
<br />Lot Nine (9), and North 18 feet 3 inches of Lot Eleven
<br />(11), in Block Eleven (11) of University Place, an
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated June 22, 2001, and recorded on June 27, 2001,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No. 0200106231 wherein Travis E. Schriner, a single person
<br />is named Trustor; and Homeside Lending, Inc. is named Beneficiary;
<br />and Gary D. Byrne is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and
<br />conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the
<br />property above described to secure, among other obligations,
<br />payment of a promissory note of even date in the principal amount
<br />of $74,825.00 and interest thereon according to the terms thereof.
<br />That by Substitution of Trustee dated January 3, 2003, made by
<br />Washington Mutual Bank, FA, successor in interest to Homeside
<br />Lending, Inc. Grantor was substituted as Trustee in place of Gary
<br />D. Byrne. The Substitution of Trustee was recorded on January 16,
<br />2003, as Instrument No. 0200300615 in the Office of the Register of
