<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust BENNETT PROPERTIES, INC., A
<br />NEBRASKA CORPORATION, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA
<br />BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated March 12, 2003 and recorded March 13, 2003 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as entered Instrument No. 0200302912 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has
<br />been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
