<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust BENNETT PROPERTIES, INC., A
<br />NEBRASKA CORPORATION, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA
<br />BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated February 8, 2002 and recorded. February 8, 2002 in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as entered Instrument No. 0200201589 of the Trust Deed Records of said County
<br />has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
