<br />North 395 feel to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing North to the thread of the
<br />stream, or the center of the Platte River; thence Westerly along the thread of the
<br />stream to a point 208 feet West of the Point of Beginning; thence South to a point
<br />that is 208 feet West of the Point of Beginning; thence East 208 feet to the Point of
<br />Beginning.
