<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by KRAM
<br />C VOSS AND AMY M VOSS HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated MARCH 28, 2001 and recorded
<br />APRIL 6, 2001 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 200102919 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following descri bed premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />THE WESTERLY ONE -HALF (W1 /2) OF LOT SIX (6), BLOCK ONE HUNDRED FORTY -
<br />TWO (142) IN UNION PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
