<br />HAROLD J LESSIG A SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated FEBRUARY 28, 2003 and recorded
<br />MARCH 5. 2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 200302624 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
