<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust has been executed by William D. Adams, Jr. and Sheri L.
<br />Adams, trustors, to Farmers State Bank of Silver Creek, Trustee, and Farmers State Bank of Silver
<br />Creek, Beneficiary, and recorded November 4, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200212090 of the mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and said Beneficiary as requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by the endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey in the person or
<br />persons entitled therein all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust
<br />in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
