<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust SANDRA S FLORIAN, AN
<br />UNMARRIED INDIVIDUAL, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA
<br />BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated May 30, 2001 and recorded June 8, 2001 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as entered Instrument No. 0200105444 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been
<br />paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
