Bentley and Darci A. Bentley, Husband and Wife ( "Borrower'), and recorded in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on October 25, 199, as In Book 99 At Page 110317, <br />encumbering the real property described therein (collectively, the "Property").
