Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by KEVIN G.
<br />STEVENS AND JENNIFER J. STEVENS, HUSBAND AND WIFE to TRW TITLE S.
<br />INSURANCE COMPANY, Trustee, for the benefit of NAFCO NE FEDERAL CREDIT s
<br />UNION, the beneficiary named therein, dated March 25, 1994 and recorded April 6, 1994 (D
<br />in the Register of Deeds Office of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 94- 102782, and
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
