<br />THIS INDENTURE, made this 30th day of April, 2003 between the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, an Officer of the United States

<br />Witnesseth, that the said Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of

<br />receipt whereof is acknowledged, hereby grants, conveys and confirms unto the said Grantee(s), the following described premises, situated in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska: LOTS 46 AND 47 IN HAGGE'S SUBDIVISION OF A PART OF THE NE1/4 OF THE NW1 /4 AND A PART
<br />OF THE NW114 OF THE 'NEl /4 OF SECTION 28 IN TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, RANGE 9 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. IN HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />It being the intention of all parties hereto, that in the event of the death of either of said grantees, the entire fee simple title to the real
<br />estate described herein shall vest in the surviving grantee.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the Tenements, Hereditaments and Appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging unto the said Grantee(s) and Grantees' heirs or successors and assigns, forever.
<br />Grantor covenants with Grantees and their assigns, and with the heirs or successors and assigns of the survivor of them, that at the
