Lender is the beneficiary under this Security Instrument. <br />(D) "Trustee" is TICOR TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated MAY 15, 2003. The Note states that <br />Borrower owes Lender SEVENTY -SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY AND 00 /100ths Dollars <br />(U.S.$77,250.00) plus interest.
