<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by FiLEMON SANCHEZ, a single
<br />person, P.O. Box 1614, Grand Island, Nebraska 68802, as Truster, to DAVID H. FISHER, Attomey
<br />at Law, P.O. Box 1044, Hastings, Nebraska 68902 -1044, as Trustee, for the benefit of JOSEPHINE
<br />CHASE and CHASE'S INC., as Beneficiary, recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on June 13, 2001, as Instrument No. 200105648, has been paid, and the
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement above.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim
<br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />The Westerly Fifty -Seven (57) feet of Lot Seven (7), Block Sixty -
<br />Nine (69), in the Original Town, now City of Grand island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
