This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 12th day of May, 2003, by and
<br />between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and
<br />Bosselman Tank and Trailer, Inc.
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ".
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note
<br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as:
<br />LOT ONE (1), PLATTE VALLEY INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND SUBDIVISION, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />LOT ONE (1) PLATTE VALLEY INDUSTRIAL PARK SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA
<br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated March 24, 2000, and filed for record on March 28, 2000,
<br />in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />as Instrument Number 0200002374 and extended November 15, 2000 and recorded on November 20,
<br />2000 as Instrument Number 0200010103 and extended February 7, 2002 and recorded February 21,
<br />2002 as Instrument Number 0200202013.
<br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of March 24, 2001,
<br />which was extended to September 1, 2008.
<br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the
<br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give
<br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of
<br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects:
<br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage
<br />is hereby extended to May 1, 2010.
<br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension
<br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described
<br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining
<br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. Lender is further granted the right to
<br />accelerate maturity of the indebtedness evidenced by this Promissory Note and to declare
<br />the then remaining principal balance, together with accrued interest, to be due and payable
<br />on May 2, 2008 upon written notice to the undersigned of such election by Lender given
<br />not less than ninety (90) days prior to such date and also is hereby granted the right to
<br />adjust the interest rate on such dates set forth in this paragraph upon written notice to the
<br />undersigned of such election by Lender given not less than thirty (30) days prior to such
