The Yancey Condominium Association Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, ( "Association "), in
<br />accordance with the Declaration and Master Deed claims a lien on the following

<br />Condominium Unit No. 607, The Yancey, a Condominium, a condominium in
<br />accordance with the Declaration recorded on October 17, 1984, under Document No.
<br />84- 005507 of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, records, as amended.
<br />said real estate owned by Anastasia Dembowski, being a condominium and a part of
<br />The Yancey Condominium Regime, located at 123 North Locust, Grand Island, County
<br />of Hall, Nebraska.
<br />The filer of the lien hereby states that homeowners assessments, together with late
<br />charges, penalties and interest through April 3, 2003 remain unpaid in the amount of
<br />$1_849.54 and are owed to the Association, pursuant to the Master Deed and
<br />Declaration as amended and revised.
