LABENZ., hereinafter referred to as the " Permittee." <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the Permittee desires to connect to the Southwest Interceptor, a tract of land comprising Part of <br />the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (S W 1 /4 of SE 1 /4 of SE 1 /4) of <br />Section Three (3) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Containing One (1) <br />Acre described as follows: Beginning at a point Thirty -Three (33) feet North of the South line of said <br />Section 3 and 4105 Feet East of the West line of said Section 3, running thence due North 264 feet to a <br />stake, thence due East 165 Feet to a stake, Thence due South 264 Feet to a stake and thence West 165 Feet to <br />the place of beginning, according to survey and description furnished by I.R. Morearty, City Engineer, <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />WHEREAS, the City will permit sanitary sewer lines to connect directly to interceptor lines and <br />manholes, subject to certain conditions being met by the Permittee. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and agreements hereinafter contained, the <br />parties agree as follows: <br />1.
