DEED OFRECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured bythe Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by L.U.D. INVESTMENTS, LLC, A Nebraska Limited Liability Company,
<br />whose address is 724 N. Dien, Grand Island, NE 68803, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank &
<br />Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trutt Company, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated the 18,n day of October, 2002 and recorded on the 81h day of
<br />November, 2002, at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, as Inst 0200212287 has
<br />been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does bythese presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconveyto the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following - described mat
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stan. Section 76-1001):
<br />Lot 3, Block 2, Crane Valley, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
