DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MENBY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHERE, AS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by L.U.D. INVESTMENTS, LLG A Nebraska Limited Liability Company,
<br />whose address is 724 N. Dien, Grand Island, NE 68803, as Truster, to Platte Valley State Bank &
<br />Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated the 291h day of July, 2002 and recorded on the 231d day of August,
<br />2002, at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, as Inst 0200208834 has been paid,
<br />and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Star. Section 76- 1001):
<br />Lot 3, Block 2, Crane Valley, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
