<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: \
<br />, j WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />RICHARD J STREHLE AND HELEN K STREHLE, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated JUNE 24, 1998 and recorded JUNE 25, 1998 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document # 98- 106169
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />PLOT SEVEN (7), OF "GRAND ISLAND FARMSTEADS" A SUBDIVISION OF THE EAST
<br />HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (E1 /2NE1/4) OF SECTION THIRTY-FOUR (34),
<br />TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) 3543 FARMSTEAD ROAD, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
