WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as
<br />Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust
<br />Company of Superior, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described
<br />Deed of Trust in the following described property:

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among MICHAEL A
<br />HAITH AND BILLIE J HAITH, husband and wife, Trustor, and Farmers State Bank and Trust

<br />Company of Superior as Trustee and The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand
<br />Island as Beneficiary, dated December 7, 1998, and recorded on December 11, 1998, in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 98- 112253 has been
<br />paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
