KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by KEVIN G.
<br />STEVENS AND JENNIFER J. STEVENS, HUSBAND AND WIFE to OLD
<br />REPUBLIC NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, Trustee, for the benefit of S,
<br />NAFCO NE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, the beneficiary named therein, dated August I-S,
<br />14, 1995 and recorded August 23, 1995 in the Register of Deeds Office of HALL County, °
<br />Nebraska as Document No. 95- 105700, and has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:

<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises.
