TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />MARY I SCHLICK AND THEODORE L SCHLICK, WIFE AND HUSBAND AND LOIS
<br />ANN KIMMINAU, A SINGLE PERSON
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated OCTOBER 27- 1997 and recorded OCTOBER 31. 1997 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document #
<br />97- 109213 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />LOT SEVEN (7) IN BAPERIAL VILLAGE SEVENTH SUBDIVISION, EXCEPT A TRACT OF LAND MORE
<br />PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID
<br />LOT SEVEN (7); THENCE RUNNING NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT
<br />SEVEN (7), A DISTANCE OF ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE AND SIXTY EIGHT HUNDREDTHS (125 68)
<br />FEET TO THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT SEVEN (7); THENCE RUNNING
<br />SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT SEVEN (7), A DISTANCE OF FIVE (5,0)
<br />FEET; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
