KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE, PROCEDURES:

<br />Middleton, a single person, Trustor, to Bank of Wood River, Trustee, for the benefit of Bank of
<br />Wood River dba Heritage Bank Grand Island, the Beneficiary named herein, dated 4/12/99, and
<br />recorded 4/14/99, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument
<br />#99- 103867 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested in writing this Deed of
<br />Reconvcyanee be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
