<br />for the benefit of Superior Mortgage. Inc.. the beneficiary named therein, dated July 20. 1982, and recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book Page _ or Instrument Number
<br />82- 003014 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE
