Grantor states, warrants and represents that Grantor's dwelling house and other buildings subject to a homestead are presently located upon <br />the following described real estate (the Property): <br />The North Half of Section Thirty -six (36), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th <br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska excepting a certain tract more particularly described in Book 78, Page 252 <br />and excepting a certain tract more particularly described in Book 146, Page 325. <br />2. Grantor acknowledges that Grantor has a right to make a designation of homestead in the Deed of Trust for the purpose of affording the <br />opportunity to retain Grantor's homestead in the event of a default and trustee's sale under the Deed of Trust. <br />3. Grantor acknowledges that the execution of this Waiver constitutes the complete waiver of rights otherwise available for the purpose of <br />affording the opportunity to retain a homestead in the event of a default and any trustee's sale under the Deed of Trust. <br />4. Grantor states that this acknowledgment and waiver is Granter's knowing and voluntary act and deed, and Grantor does hereby willing!y and <br />voluntarily waive, relinquish and remise any and all right to make a designation of homestead in the Deed of Trust. <br />5.
