E LINDA <br />ON July 24th, August 1 st, and August 3rd, 2000, this matter came on for trial upon the <br />Petition For Dissolution of Marriage of Alan Leroy Peterson and Deborah Jean Peterson. The <br />petitioner was present with Attorney Sam Zeleski. The respondent was present with Attorney Denise <br />Myers. Evidence was adduced, the parties rested, and the matter was taken under advisement. <br />NOW ON THIS 21st day of August, 2000, this matter comes on for decision. THE <br />COURT, BEING DULY ADVISED IN THE PREMISES, FINDS AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Petitioner and respondent have been residents of the State of Nebraska for more than one <br />year prior to the filing and residents of Hall County at the time of the filing herein. <br />2. The respondent was personally served with summons. <br />3. The Court has jurisdiction over both parties and of the subject matter of this action and <br />to make the child custody determination. <br />4. The petitioner is not a party to any other pending actions for divorce, separation, or <br />dissolution of marriage. <br />5.
