John M. Cunningham, being first duly sworn upon oath, states
<br />that he is one of the attorneys for Doyle L. Winfrey and Violet B.
<br />Winfrey, Beneficiary under a Deed of Trust dated January 7, 2002,
<br />and recorded January 8, 2002, as Document No. 0200200273 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and that
<br />on May 1_, 2003, he mailed a copy of the attached Notice of
<br />Default to the following parties at the addresses shown by
<br />certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid:
<br />Steven L. Kortum, 1515 N. Greenwich, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska 68801;
<br />regarding the property legally described as follows:
<br />Lot Two (2) , D & V Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Affiant further states that such communication was properly
<br />stamped with sufficient postage and deposited in the U. S. Post
<br />Office or some subdivision of the postal department where mail may
<br />be properly and legally deposited for collection and transmission.
<br />Affiant further states that after diligent investigation and
<br />inquiry, he was unable to ascertain and does not know the post
<br />office address of any other party appearing to have a direct legal
<br />interest in said Deed of Trust other than those to m notice has
