Unless otherwise required by law, any notice shall be given by delivering it or by mailing it by first class mail to the <br />appropriate party's address on page 1 of this Security Instrument, or to any' other address designated in writing. Notice to one <br />truster will be deemed to IS,, notice to all Trusters. <br />26. WAIVERS. Except to the extent prohibited by law, Truster waives any right regarding the marshalling of liens and assets, and <br />hereby releases and waives all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of this slate. <br />27. OTHER TERMS. If checked, the following are applicable to this Security Instrument: <br />® Line of Credit. The Secured Debt includes a revolving line of credit provision. Although the Secured Debt may be <br />reduced to a zm balance, this Security Instrument will remain in effect omit released. <br />Construction Loan. This Security Instrument secures an obligation incurred for the construction of an improvement on <br />the Property. <br />Fixture Filing. Truster grants to Beneficiary a security interest in all goods that Trustor owns now or in the future and <br />that are or will become fixtures relined to the Property. This Security Instrument suffices as a financing salentenl and <br />any carbon, photographic or other reproduction may be filed of record for purposes of Article 9 of the Unifona <br />Commercial Code. <br />F�l Additional Terms. <br />28, STATEMENT OF CONDITION. From brine to time, as required by law, Beneficiary shall furnish to Tmstor or its agent such <br />statements as may be required concerning the condition of the Secured Debt. Beneficiary will charge a fee for such statements as <br />may be permitted by law. <br />29. RECONVEYANCE. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Security Instrument. Beneficiary shall request Truslce to reconvey <br />the Property and shall surrender this Security Instrument and any note or instrument evidencing the Secured Debt to the Trustee. <br />Trustee shall reconvey, without warramy, the Property or that portion secured by this Security Instrument To the extent permitted <br />by law, the reconveyance may describe the grantee as "the person or persons legally entitled thereto." Neither Beneficiary nor <br />Trustee shall have any duty to determine the riglas of persons claiming to be rightful grantees of any reconveyance. Beneficiary <br />will charge a fee for such reoonveyance as may be permi ted by law. <br />30. RIDERS. If checked, the following are applicable to this Security Instrument.
