<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />PATRICK J SCIIILEY A I GLE._PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of IIOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated _FEBRUARY 14 2003 and recorded

<br />Instrument 200302080 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyanee be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said'Prustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following describe premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />THE NORTHERLY NINETY (90) FEET OF THE SOUTHERLY ONE HUNDRED AND
<br />'fHIICTY -TWO (132) FEET OF THE WESTERLY FORTY -FOUR (44) FEET OF LOT FOUR
<br />(4) BLOCK `A' BOEHM'S SUBDIVISION AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
