<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />You are hereby notified that Rogcr Thornton mid Heather Thornton, as husband and wife, as Trustors, did on
<br />or about May 26, 1999, make, execute and deliver unto Catherine G. Eynard, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said
<br />Trustors conveyed the following- described real property:
<br />Fractional Lot One (1) in Fractional Block One (l) Elm Place, and its complement
<br />fractional Lot One (1) in Fractional Block Eight (8) in Spaulding and Greggs'
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from North American Mortgage Company, Beneficiary
<br />of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on May 27, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 99- 105427.
<br />On or about June 2, 1999, North American Mortgage Company, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Decd of Trust to Contimortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded December 15,
<br />1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as instrument No. 99- 111814.
<br />On or about May 3, 1999, Contimortgage Corporation, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial
<br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company as Indenture, Trustee. The Assignment was
<br />recorded May 1, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrunient No. 0200103902.
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustcc, pursuant to a Substitution of
<br />Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of tine Trustors for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You arc further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
