<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />You are hereby notified that Jose A. Figueroa and Dora C. Figueroa, as husband and wife, as Trustors, did on
<br />or about July 31, 1996, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a
<br />Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property:
<br />Southerly Fifteen Feet (S15') of Lot Eleven (11) and the Northerly Twenty Feet
<br />(N20') of Lot Twelve (12) all in Block Two (2) in AXT & Hagge's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on August 1, 1996, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 96- 105962.
<br />On or about July 31, 1996, Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary, assigned
<br />all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The
<br />Assignment was recorded August 1, 1996, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 96- 105964.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
