Figueroa, as husband and wife, as Trustors, did on <br />or about July 31, 1996, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a <br />Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property: <br />Southerly Fifteen Feet (S15') of Lot Eleven (11) and the Northerly Twenty Feet <br />(N20') of Lot Twelve (12) all in Block Two (2) in AXT & Hagge's Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of <br />Grand Island, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on August 1, 1996, in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 96- 105962. <br />On or about July 31, 1996, Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary, assigned <br />all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
