<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />MARY E WILLIAMS, A SINGLE PERSON
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated JANUARY 29. 1999 and recorded JANUARY 29. 1999 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document 4
<br />DO k itf I has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;

<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,

<br />COUNTY. NEBRASKA.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
